Refund Policy for Appointment Bookings

Booking Refund Terms

• Booking payments are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• If a cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the booking payment is non-refundable, unless an alternative booking is made.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original booking, within 7 days of the cancellation request.

• To request a refund, please contact us by e-mail with your booking details at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
